Delete your account
For the CaveDino app on Google Play, made by Kalevala.dev. Written 27 Oct 2026, updated 29 Oct 2026.
In the game, at once
- Open CaveDino and tap the gear in the top right corner.
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
That is all. The server removes everything it holds under your player number the moment you confirm, and the game starts you over as a new player. No sign-in is needed to do this.
By email
If you no longer have the game installed, write to contact@kalevala.dev from the Google account you signed in with, or tell us your player code (eight letters and digits such as "A1B2-C3D4", shown in Profile). We delete it within seven days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- your player number and player code, the made-up ids the server gave your install;
- your Google account number, if you chose to sign in with Google;
- your climber name, if you typed one;
- your stars, best scores and the furthest level you unlocked;
- the climbs you sent as proof for the leaderboard, and the server's notes on them;
- the country your phone last connected from;
- the days you opened the game;
- the feedback you sent from the game;
- every session that let your phones talk to the server.
What is kept, and for how long
The play reports the game sends while you play (a level started, won or lost, and once per session the phone's model name, the game's version, the language, the screen size, the graphics and speed settings and how smoothly the home screen runs) are stored only as totals and cannot be picked out one player at a time. With your player number gone they no longer lead back to anything, and they delete themselves 90 days after they were sent. Nothing else is kept.
What stays on your phone (which dino you picked, how long you have played, your settings) is removed when you uninstall the game. Google Play's own install and crash statistics are Google's, covered by Google's privacy policy.
The full picture of what the game keeps is in our privacy policy.
